We make various cakes and fillings suited to your particular taste and celebration. All our cakes are made from scratch (NO CAKE MIX ALLOWED IN OUR KITCHEN!!!). Our swiss meringue buttercream is light and not too sweet unlike the traditional American buttercream that you find in other bakeries. We use the best chocolate for our chocolate based recipes. We also have unique flavors influenced by our Latin and Filipino cultures.

Chocolate cake filled with chocolate fudge filling, dulce de leche cream filling and swiss meringue buttercream
As quoted from the show "It has all the qualities of an excellent cake. It's hard to stop eating it," judge Ron Ben-Israel told baker Joel of the latter's impressive chocolate creation. Waylynn Lucas was also smitten with the flavor, as she told Joel, "That dulce de leche and chocolate filling is absolutely delicious."
(Note that this cake does not bake as white as a vanilla cake. It just doesn't have the red food color and cocoa but retains the velvety texture of the red velvet cake)
