This 5-tier cake covered in blue and cream colored fondant is all red velvet cake filled with swiss meringue buttercream. 

The cutout blue and red hearts are all made of fondant.  There are hanging hearts that give the illusion of the top tier floating.

It is finished off with a cake topper made of pastillage and the couple's names.
